Indictment: Brockport murder suspect had 3 guns

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC-TV) - Court documents have revealed new details about a woman accused of murdering a mother in Brockport in August.

According to the indictment, 31-year-old Holly Colino was allegedly in possession of two other guns in addition to the one police say she used to shoot and kill 33-year-old Megan Dix, of Lyndonville.

Colino is accused of illegally possessing a .380 Diamond Black semi-automatic pistol, a .38 Taurus model 85 Ultra-Lite Double Action revolver, and a 223 Remington semi-automatic assault rifle.

Police say Dix was eating lunch on Aug. 25 in a parking lot, while on break from her job at Lowe's, when Colino shot her in the head with the .380 semi-automatic pistol.

Colino is set to be arraigned Thursday.
