Deputies: Speed was likely a factor in fatal Henrietta crash

HENRIETTA, NY (WROC) - Deputies say speed likely played a factor in the fatal crash in Henrietta that took the life a twenty-year-old man.

Emergency crews responded to Brooks Road around 2:40 p.m. for the crash on Monday. Deputies say a vehicle went off the road and had slammed into a tree.

The driver, identified Tuesday as 20-year-old Herolind Beha of Henrietta, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Monday, deputies weren't sure what caused the crash, but now say speed likely played a factor.
