Two young men pleaded guilty in connection with the death of a Hobart College student on Thursday.

Warren Kimber died on January 31st from an overdose of alcohol and oxycodone, a prescription painkiller.

Kimber, a 20-year-old lacrosse player, died at an apartment on Cortland Street. Police say his blood alcohol level of 0.29%. Investigators say that's very high, but probably not lethal, and said that the combination of oxycodone made it fatal.

23-year-old Matthew Smalley and 22-year-old Bradley Hester both pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child in Geneva City Court on Thursday.  Both will be sentenced in August, and face up to one year in the Ontario County jail.
