Tips for working out while on vacation

Fitness expert Jodi Stern of Pilates Plus offered up some tips in her studio for working out while on vacation Tuesday on News 8 at Sunrise.

Stern said vacations are an excellent opportunity to vary up your workout routine.  It's a perfect time to start mixing it up.  If there's something you want to do that you've never done, go for it.  Stern suggested trying a paddleboard, yoga, or pilates.  Just make sure you pack the proper clothing and footwear.
