The 25th Stuart Horse Trials are set for this weekend in Victor.

Competitor Carrie Wehle discussed the event Wednesday on News 8 at Noon.

Over 200 National and Canadian riders and horses will compete in the trials, including Olympic Gold Medalist Phillip Dutton.  They will compete in what Wehle described as the "triathalon of equestrian sports" with dressage, cross country and show jumping.

The Trials take place Friday, Saturday and Sunday (July 11-13) at 8:00 a.m. until the conclusion of the riding each day.  Admission is free, parking $10 each day or $25 for all three days.  The Stuart Horse Trials are sponsored by Cosequin of Nutramax Labs, and presented by Townline Truck and Trailer.
