Shaping up with Jodi

Fitness expert Jodi Stern demonstrated some more exercises to improve core strength at Pilates Plus Tuesday on News 8 at Sunrise.

The exercises can help golfers, tennis players and cross-trainers with their flexibility and strength.  Through gyro movement, Stern showed different ways to improve rotational movement.  Stern used a stability ball to add some instability to the exercises, but said you can use a chair to achieve similar results.
