Rochester City Ballet will present "Cinderella" Saturday and Sunday, May 17 and 18, at the Callahan Theatre at the Nazareth College Arts Center.

RCB Artistic Director Jamey Leverett and ballet company dancer Megan Kamler, who plays Cinderella, discussed the production Wednesday on News 8 at Sunrise.

Performing the full-length fairy tale ballet "Cinderella" is an opportunity to make the beauty and artistry of ballet accessible for children and adults alike.  Along with Cinderella's love story, the performance also offers humor through the portrayal of the wicked stepmother and ugly stepsisters by male dancers.

Shows will take place at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, and 2 p.m. on Sunday.

Tickets for "Cinderella" range from $50 to $65 and may be purchased online, click here.  You can receive a 20 percent off of your tickets by using the discount code "Glass Slipper" when ordering tickets by phone (585) 389-2170 or in person.
