Getting fit on the stationary bike

We joined fitness expert Jodi Stern at Pilates Plus for a lesson on the stationary bike Tuesday on News 8 at Sunrise.

Jodi discussed the aerobic benefit of working out on the stationary bike.  The bikes at Pilates Plus also feature handle bars that move side to side, which allows the riders to work abdominal muscles as well.  In addition, the rider can increase the resistance while pedaling by twisting part of the handle bar grips.
