Nadelen highlighted three nutrient dense foods/ingredients to help fuel a healthy diet makeover. She said chia/flax seeds, coconut oil and pumpkin are great alternatives for meal preparation that can boost your favorite meal. They are packed with omegas and fiber.
Nadelen also provided examples of recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner to show how the ingredients could be used in way to please the entire family. Those recipes will be sent to her newletter subscribers on her website.
