Henrietta Man Admits to Stealing Political Lawn Sign

Henrietta, NY-- A Town of Henrietta seasonal employee has been charged with petit larceny after Monroe County Sheriff's Deputies say he was caught stealing a political lawn sign from Pinnacle Road last Thursday.
According to the sheriff's office, 27-year-old Kyle Weissenburger, of Henrietta, admitted to taking one political sign.
Weissenburger was caught on surveillance camera stealing the sign. The sign belongs to Henrietta Town Supervisor candidate, Jack Moore. Moore said Friday that he's had countless signs stolen since the primary race began. He's challenging current Republican Supervisor, Mike Yudelson. It's unclear whether Weissenburger is behind the rest of the missing signs.
He was released on an appearance ticket. The value of the sign was $5.00
