The Federal Aviation Administration says that six U.S. states will develop test sites for civilian drones as part of a long-term plan to put unmanned aircrafts into U.S. skies. Alaska, Nevada, North Dakota, Texas, Virginia and New York will all host research sites. The FAA does not currently allow the commercial use of drones but is working to develop operational guidelines by the end of 2015.
Netflix is doing some spring cleaning a little early. More than 80 movies and a handful of TV shows will no longer be available for streaming through the site as of Wednesday. That is according to post on Reddit. But a search on Netflix for many of the titles reveals that they will indeed expire Wednesday for Netflix's nearly 40 million streaming subscribers. The company's DVD customers may still order the discs in the mail. Netflix did not immediately respond to a request for comment. But a representative told C-NET the company routinely adds and deletes titles from its streaming service due to licensing contracts for exclusive content.
