It's a big week for Kodak. The photo giant is expected to emerge from bankruptcy.

A federal judge in New York City gave the okay about two weeks ago, despite several objections from stockholders. The judge said concerns from stockholders and retirees lacked evidence, including those over CEO Antonio Perez's $1 million bonus. The judge believes Kodak's post-emergence plan is feasible and will likely be successful. Kodak filed for bankruptcy some 20 months ago.
