We are expecting to learn the details of Kodak's plan for reorganization to emerge from bankruptcy.

The company is expected to file a draft Chapter 11 plan with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Meantime, first quarter earnings numbers show Kodak made a $283 million profit, compared to a $366 million loss in the same time last year. Experts say a lot of that profit is from selling patents. Kodak announced Monday that it had cleared another final hurdle to get out of bankruptcy.
