The Park Avenue Festival got off to an unusual start Saturday.
As thousands of festival goers browsed the crafts and foods along park avenue, a group of dancers from the Holy Spirit Greek Orthodox Church broke out im a massive dance, to promote their own upcoming festival. The dancers say the audience made them a little nervous.
"At first I was a little embarrassed,” said flash mob member, Stavros Vroon. “Then, you know, it doesn't really matter because it's fun, and it's kind of fun to have people take pictures of me.”
If you missed the Park Avenue Festival Saturday, don't worry! You can still catch it Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Parking is free at Monroe Square and Gleason Works, where you can hop on a shuttle to the festival for one dollar.
