Park Ave. Chefs Gear Up for Battledish

A restaurant competition is heading to Rochester.

On February 8, six Park Avenue chefs will make their best dishes. A panel of judges will rate the dishes. The winner goes on to a national competition. Watch an interview with the chef of Dorado, Steven Lara, by clicking the video above.

The participating restaurants are Dorado, Roam, Cibon, Furoshiki, Just Juice 4 Life and Blu Wolf Bistro. 

The public can attend by purchasing $15 tickets. Tastings of each dish are $5 each. There are also package deals available. For more information, go to the Dishcrawl website.
