Angy Armadillo Eggs

Ingredients: 1 lb breakfast sausage (hot or mild)
1 block Philadelphia cream cheese

Recipe: fry sausage & drain off grease. add cream cheese and stir until melted and consistant.  Split the japalaneos down one side and clean out seeds - membrane.  Stuff with the cream cheese/sausage mixture.  Wrap in beacon. Inset toothpicks to hold beacon in place.  Grill until beacon is crisp or bake in oven on 350 until beacon is crispy - about 30 min. depending on thickness of beacon.
